About: Pinstripes is a new upscale entertainment-dining venue offering a unique combination of a Bistro, Bowling, and Bocce. Serving Italian/American cuisine from a scratch kitchen, a wide selection of wines, local craft beers, and handcrafted cocktails, Pinstripes provides a fun and engaging environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements: Provides memorable guest service; Accurately takes reservations over the phone and in-person; Able to answer questions about Pinstripes and the guest experience; Check in guests and seat them appropriately; Work as a cohesive team with other members for efficient restaurant operations; Offer suggestions and recommendations based on guest preferences; Help personalize the experience; Process payments; Maintain a clean working environment; Ability to provide excellent customer service; Ability to be on feet for up to 6 hours; Maintain neat appearance following uniform and grooming guidelines
