Position: Hickory Tavern Bartender
About: Hickory Tavern is currently seeking a Bartender who embodies the company’s core values and is dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional dining and bar experience with a hospitality mentality. The ideal candidate will serve guests in a timely and proficient manner, following the established standards of service.
Requirements: Ability to operate POS systems, handle financial transactions accurately, and reconcile cash at the end of each shift; Physical ability to stand/walk for 6 to 8 hours, reach, lift, bend, deliver plates, food, and clear the bar, change kegs, and lift weights up to 60 lbs; Proficiency in English reading, writing, verbal communication, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor towards guests
