Position: Hialeah #09 Line Cook
About: Flanigans Enterprises, a company known for its made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portion sizes, and high-energy kitchen environment, is seeking talented and passionate cooks to join their Back of House (BOH) team.
Requirements: Able to work flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; physically able to stand/walk 100% of the shift; proficient in reaching, bending, and stooping; able to communicate in English, read recipes, food labels, and POS ticket orders; capable of safely using kitchen machinery and working with hot plates and sharp utensils; must lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per shift, hold items weighing up to 5 lbs for extended periods, and work in high-temperature environments; willingness to assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and completion of food safety certification program in compliance with state regulations.
