Position: Hialeah #09 Busser
About: Bussers at Flanigan’s are the stagehands continuously cleaning and setting up dining rooms, bars, and patios to ensure a wonderful service experience. They support servers, bartenders, and the entire team by preparing the restaurant – clearing, cleaning, interacting, and maintaining a shipshape environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently; able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavy items to shelves, coolers, and freezers; willingness to work in a damp, high-temperature environment both indoors and occasionally outdoors; completion and passing of the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification program in compliance with company and state regulations; proficiency in English language
