Position: HHR Shift Manager, Gate City Casino
About: Delaware North Gaming operates Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. They offer slots and video gaming machines, table games, poker rooms and tournaments, mobile sports betting, full-service restaurants, and own and operate the nearby Sheraton hotel.
Requirements: 2-3 years of proven gaming management experience, with a thorough understanding of NH Lottery laws, HHR systems, and internal controls; Strong knowledge of Title 31 requirements and federal cash reporting compliance, as well as basic math skills for understanding HHR pay lines; Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, gaming documents, and troubleshoot HHR machine hardware, software, and technology; High school diploma or equivalent, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License while staying current with industry regulations and updates
