About: The Heritage Market is a unique Starbucks market that pays homage to the company’s past while looking towards the future. It comprises the original Pike Place store, 1st and Pike, and 1st and University. As a Heritage Market Starbucks barista, you will have the opportunity to work across all three locations, immersing yourself in the culture and history of Starbucks.
Requirements: Previous food and beverage, hospitality, or retail experience preferred; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards; Engage with and understand customers’ needs; Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to promote the culture and history of Starbucks Coffee Company
