Position: Health & Wellness Director (RN or LPN)
About: The Groves Senior Living is a licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Goodyear, Arizona, managed by Stellar Senior Living. Requirements: Active RN or LPN license in good standing with the State of Arizona; active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, TB clearance, and current CPR & First Aid certification; valid Food Handler Permit (or willingness to obtain upon hire); at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role is preferred; strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; calm, professional presence especially in high-stress or urgent situations; passion for working with seniors and desire to lead with purpose and heart.
