Position: Health & Well-Being Consultant

About: Hawaii Medical Service Association is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Tactical Activities & Strategic Initiatives Coordinator. The role involves implementing workplace well-being plans, conducting training sessions, promoting health and well-being programs, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives. The position also entails participating in strategic planning activities and providing valuable insights based on data analysis to support organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and three years of related work experience; one year of experience in teaching, training, sales, marketing, health promotions, or project management; effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent planning, coordination, and organization skills; strong decision-making and problem analysis skills; strong customer servicing skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; valid driver’s license with access to an automobile with current license, registration, and insurance; active license with the state of Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs or passing all four sections of the state licensing examination within three (3) months of hire date
