Position: Health Management Consultant
About: Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is a provider of business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions with 180 offices across North America, combining local consultant service with global resources. The Health Management Consultant role involves developing and delivering client health programs, leveraging data to identify trends, collaborating with clients to establish operational plans, and managing well-being vendor relationships. This position is part of the Enterprise Risk Management team at MMA.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and/or equivalent experience required; 4 years prior experience in population health and well-being field; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word; Ability to become proficient with the Artemis Health data analytics platform
