Position: Health and Wellness Director
About: Stellar Senior Living, a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States, is looking for a Health and Wellness Director – RN to join Creekside Senior Living Community in Bountiful, UT. This position involves overseeing the daily operations of assisted living and memory care departments, providing leadership to the management team, and ensuring quality care for residents in a flexible work environment that promotes work-life balance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; current RN license; experience in Assisted Living, Geriatric Nursing, or Gerontology and/or Dementia Care preferred; demonstrated leadership skills in developing care teams; strong budgeting and cost control abilities; knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, and safety procedures; ability to promote teamwork and resident responsiveness
