Requirements: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant; Supervisory or Restaurant Manager experience in 4-5 stars Restaurants/Hotels/Resorts; Excellent food and wine knowledge with fine dining experience; Strong leadership skills with international staff management ability; Effective communication in English and additional languages like Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese; Proficient in coaching, scheduling, organizing, and evaluating skills
