Requirements: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality/restaurant, Supervisory or Restaurant Manager experience, preferably in 4-5 stars Restaurants/Hotels/Resorts; Excellent food and wine knowledge and experience in fine dining restaurants; Strong leadership skills and ability to manage international staff; Great communication in English, and any additional languages skills such as Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese; Good abilities of coaching, scheduling, organizing, staffing, controlling, and evaluating skills
