Position: Head Teller
About: A client of insight global is seeking a Head Bank Teller. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing the teller operations of a bank branch. This role includes supervising tellers, managing daily teller activities, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies. The Head Teller also assists with resolving customer inquiries and issues, provides training and development for teller staff, and supports the overall goals and objectives of the branch.
Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a bank teller, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role; Strong knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership and team management abilities; Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
