Position: Head Steward – Per Se
About: Chef Thomas Keller’s renowned New York destination, Per Se, is looking for a dynamic individual enthusiastic about food, beverage, and hospitality to join as Head Steward. Located in the Deutsche Bank Center at Columbus Circle, Per Se is Chef Keller’s acclaimed New York interpretation of The French Laundry, offering American cuisine with French influences. The role involves overseeing property-related purchases, vendor liaison, organizing and managing inventory, and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry; A State Health Certification is preferred; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Strong management, delegation, and prioritization skills; Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic setting; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
