Requirements: Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Head Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality establishment; exceptional proficiency in pastry techniques, dessert plating, and presentation; flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays; creative flair, passion for innovation, and keen eye for detail; strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and mentor a team; extensive knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and pastry trends; excellent organizational and time management abilities; impeccable hygiene standards and commitment to food safety regulations; relevant culinary qualifications or certifications advantageous; strong communication and interpersonal skills
