Requirements: High quality pastry experience, ideally at Michelin or 5 Star/Forbes Recommended hotel level; strong leadership and motivational skills; well-rounded pastry exposure with exceptional chocolate, sugar, and baking skills; ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment; desire for success and recognition; experience working in Europe is a plus
