Position: HEAD OF MAINTENANCE, ENVIRONMENTAL, INNOVATION & SANITATION

Requirements: 8+ years of engineering/maintenance experience in the poultry processing or food industry; 7-10 years of environmental engineering, manufacturing, or machinery fabrication experience, with 5 years in a management role; 3-5 years of sanitation experience in the food industry; Bachelor’s degree in engineering/chemical engineering or related field, MBA desirable; strong communication and analytical skills; proven leadership skills promoting quality, safety, and teamwork; knowledge of regulatory compliance, wastewater treatment, and air permitting programs, including EPA policies; experience with Environmental Management Systems and CMMS applications; proficiency in contract administration and third-party contractor management; computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite Products; ability to travel as required by business needs
