Requirements: 5-8 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in employee programs, culture development, and internal communications; Experience in mid-size companies (100-500 employees) is a plus; Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; Ability to create programs and strategies that energize and inspire employees; In-depth understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and employee experience trends; A high-energy, proactive, and organized self-starter; A natural problem solver with a passion for culture and growth
