Position: Head of Accounting (m/w/d)
About: A company is looking for a Head of Finance Accounting (Main and Subsidiary Ledger) to lead the finance accounting team, ensuring timely completion of monthly and yearly closing activities for the company group. The role involves monthly group reporting according to HGB standards, excellent communication with operational managers (customers), tax consultants, and auditors.
Requirements: Kaufmännische Ausbildung with successful completion of further education as a Certified Accountant (IHK), or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on accounting. Strong leadership skills and relevant experience in managing accounting teams. Excellent communication skills, high level of social competence, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Highly goal-oriented and resilient. Excellent IT skills, especially in ERP systems (MS Dynamics).
