Position: HEAD MAITRE D
About: SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Head Maître D’ to oversee the dining experience at their restaurant. The role involves managing the flow of service, maintaining a pleasant dining environment, and continually developing knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits to provide exceptional guest service. The Head Maître D’ will work closely with the management team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction in line with company standards and industry trends.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong experience in restaurant service and guest relations; in-depth knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits; ability to lead a team and provide training and guidance; proficient in reservation systems and managing guest databases
