About: The Campus Dining Services department at the University of Colorado Boulder Campus Dining Services department is seeking a Head Line Cook to provide oversight and leadership to back-of-house Dining Attendants. This hands-on culinary position involves preparing, assigning, and delegating standardized recipe preparation under the supervision of Sous Chefs and the Kitchen Manager. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service in a team-oriented and supported environment. The Division of Student Affairs comprises 30 departments dedicated to supporting student success and development at CU Boulder.

Requirements: Three years of experience in a related occupational field; Servsafe certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
