Position: Head Line Cook
About: The Campus Dining Services department at the University of Colorado Boulder Campus Dining Services in Boulder, Colorado is seeking a Head Line Cook to provide oversight and leadership to back-of-house Dining Attendants. This hands-on culinary position involves preparing, assigning, and delegating standardized recipe preparation under the supervision of Sous Chefs and Kitchen Manager, ensuring quality, allergen, and food safety standards in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements: Three years of experience in a related occupational field; relevant education may substitute. Servsafe certified or ability to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
