Position: Head Coach
About: Head Coaches at a quick-service restaurant are responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing production, preparation, customer relations, inventory, team, financial accountability, and quality. They open/close the restaurant following proper procedures and oversee specific business areas like Drive-Thru or Marketing. Head Coaches can work in Front or Back of the House.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in restaurant management; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to handle multiple responsibilities; knowledge of food safety and financial accountability
