About: Snooze, a full-service breakfast restaurant located at 969 Main St, Nashville, TN 37206, is seeking a dedicated Head Chef to maintain the highest quality of food and standards in their kitchen. This role involves leading kitchen functions, training staff, and ensuring adherence to Snooze’s quality, methods, and safety standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 3 years of operations and leadership experience in the food and beverage industry; ability to operate a cash register and Point of Sale system; must be 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
