Position: Head Chef job
About: An upscale Israeli restaurant in West Palm Beach, FL is in search of a Head Chef to lead their culinary concept.
Requirements: 4+ years of Executive Chef or Sr. Sous Chef experience; High volume experience required; Israeli/Kosher experience a plus but not required; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under the guidance of the Corporate Chef; Lead and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, skill development, and excellence; Ensure consistent quality of all dishes by conducting regular tastings, monitoring portion sizes, and maintaining strict adherence to recipes and presentation standards set by the Corporate Chef.
