About: The Chef de Cuisine position at a renowned restaurant encompasses all Back of House (BOH) operations, focusing on maximizing profits, managing staff and scheduling efficiently, supervising menu development, ensuring food quality consistency, and overseeing kitchen maintenance.
Requirements: Education: Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred; Experience required: at least 2 years of experience as a CDC; Hold a Department of Health (DOH) Food Handler Card, or be committed to securing one within the first 30 days of employment
