Requirements: 3+ years professional culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen; 1+ years supervisory/management experience; Associate/Bachelor degree in culinary arts a plus; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Comfortable with using software/apps/spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting; Excellent communication and organizational skills; NYC food handlers license or certificate (or obtain within 90 days); Passion for improving nutrition and health in schools; Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
