Requirements: 4+ years’ experience managing both Back of House (BoH) and Front of House (FoH) teams in a cafe or restaurant setting; outstanding communication and leadership skills; ability to multitask with a high attention to detail; flexibility to the needs of the business; experience in leading recruitment, training, and development of bakery staff; knowledge of proper timekeeping and payroll procedures; ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
