Position: Head Cashier
About: Natural Grocers is seeking a Head Cashier to ensure the successful operation of the front end by providing World Class Customer Service, training, and supervising cashiers. This position supports overall store operations and maintains cashiering duties.
Requirements: High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred; Experience in retail experience in a grocery or retail environment preferred; 1 year of cashiering experience preferred; 1 year of supervising others preferred; Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications as required by law; Ability to manage changing priorities and stay focused; Excellent customer service skills; Highly organized with great attention to detail; Ability to take direction and follow through; Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook; Must be cashier trained and able to count currency
