Position: Head Barista

Bluestone Lane is currently seeking friendly, customer service-oriented Head Baristas for their Armonk location, offering a daytime concept supporting a great work/life balance.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 1-2 years working as a Barista or Head Barista in Specialty coffee, or 4 years working in non-specialty coffee in a high volume fast-paced environment; Strong technical Barista knowledge and skills (extraction, texturing, pouring); Keen to train, mentor, and support teammates in their coffee education; Hospitality first people person who loves to make others feel good; Positive contributor to the team environment, working cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to locals; Multi-tasker who remains calm under pressure; Motivated and hungry for career development in the hospitality industry; Fast learner who can shift between tasks easily; Digital savvy to assist guests with navigating digital platforms; Punctual and reliable teammate who is always on time for shifts
