Position: Head Baker
About: Call Your Mother is a neighborhood bagel shop and deli with locations in the DC area and Denver, CO, known for its great food, amazing service, and emphasis on good vibes. We are seeking a Head Baker to join our team in DC and lead our bakery production with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial baking environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; Proven expertise in bagel and pastry production; Excellent organizational and time-management skills; Strong leadership skills; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed; Passion for baking and dedication to producing high-quality products; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
