Position: Head Baker
About: Temple Square Hospitality operates in a high-volume production environment, preparing and baking a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. The Head Baker role focuses on ensuring high-quality baked items, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards while also managing inventory and workspace organization in Miami.
Requirements: Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role with strong baking skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately; Physically capable of lifting and moving kitchen equipment, heavy items, and food ingredients up to 50 pounds; Adherence to professional appearance, hygiene standards, and company dress code; Comfortable working in fast-paced environments; Previous experience managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies preferred
