Position: Head Baker

As a Head Baker, you will play a key role in managing the ship’s bakery operations and delighting our guests with delicious treats. Collaborate with talented chefs and work in a dynamic environment while exploring the world at sea. This position is based in Miami, FL, United States.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Baker, preferably in a high-volume, fine dining establishment; Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts; Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment; Ability to manage and train a team; Excellent time management and organizational skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary travel documents
