Position: Head Baker
About: Dana’s Bakery, a commercial kitchen based in South Hackensack, NJ, is seeking a serious, passionate baker to help produce top-quality macarons. Candidates should have a great deal of respect for their craft and be willing to learn and grow in a small, hands-on, fast-paced, and fun environment. Part-time and full-time work available.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; flexible schedule, some weekends may be required; strong work ethic and attitude, with the motivation to achieve excellent results; excellent communication skills; some kitchen experience necessary, but macaron-making experience not required; must NOT be allergic to nuts; must be able to lift at least 40 pounds and stand for an 8-10 hour shift; culinary school experience a plus
