Position: Hawaii – Coordinator, Operations

Requirements: High school graduate; Possess at least one (1) to two (2) years customer service or equivalent experience; Possess general management principles and techniques of organization operations; Able to effectively and professionally communicate with employees, business partners, and clients via written and verbal communication method in English; Possess working knowledge of Hawaii’s tourism industry, tour movements, and arrangements, understand different countries’ tour characteristics and needs; Possess computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email applications.
