About: JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa, located in Aventura, FL, is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Executive Chef/Chef de Cuisine/Senior Sous Chef in delivering high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction in a luxury hotel setting.
Requirements: Culinary degree preferred and at least 3 years’ experience in a Cook I or supervisory level in a hotel or fine dining restaurant; strong restaurant operation background; outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation, and sophisticated communication skills; ability to handle a multitude of tasks in an ever-changing environment; food safety certification is a plus
