Position: Harry Soffer Bartender
About: JW Marriott Turnberry Miami Resort & Spa, located in Aventura, FL, is seeking a Bartender to ensure guest satisfaction in a luxury hotel environment where attention to detail is crucial. The Bartender will deliver efficient, accurate, and genuine service while exceeding guest expectations and upholding high standards of quality and cleanliness in the Food and Beverage Operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years of experience mixing and serving beverages in a luxury resort or high-volume restaurant; knowledge of popular cocktails and wines; basic computer knowledge of Micros or other Point of Sale (POS) systems; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certificate required; excellent eye for detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; effective communication and listening skills
