Position: Harbor House Server
About: The Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Server to join our team and deliver exceptional service in our refined restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will have a thorough working knowledge of restaurant operations, with a preference for prior experience in volume operations and detailed service steps.
Requirements: Thorough working knowledge of restaurant operations; Prior experience in volume operations as a server; Detailed steps of service and food and beverage knowledge; Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette; Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 40 lbs; Ability to operate beverage and toast equipment; High School graduate or equivalent preferred; Six (6) months to one-year previous serving experience preferred; Government-required licenses or certificates such as Health Card Permit, Liquor Service Permit, Alcohol Service Permit; CPR certification and/or 1st Aid Training preferred
