About: Goldbelt Tram, the only aerial tramway in Southeast Alaska located in Juneau, offers an exciting opportunity for guests to explore the stunning Alaska scenery, Mount Roberts trails, and Alaska Native culture.
Requirements: Ability to meet time and attendance requirements; Ability to work all different shifts including holidays and weekends; Ability to attend scheduled meetings, orientations, and training sessions; Excellent communication and customer service skills; Ability to learn, understand, and follow oral and written instructions/directions; Skill in establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with other employees; Ability to work directly with the public, providing information and assistance on a daily basis; Ability/willingness to learn and share areas of interest to visitors (local history, people, culture, geography, etc.); Hiring for attitude, will train for skills; Ability to successfully pass a background check; Current CPR Certification and First Aid training or the ability to obtain within 30 days; Drug testing may be required; Previous experience working in the visitor or hospitality industry or other customer service-related field
