Position: HAL – Maitre D
About: HAL – Maitre D Department is seeking a Maitre D for their Restaurant division on a global scale. The role involves direct responsibility for the Main Dining Room or the Lido Market, overseeing Assistant Maitre D performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high product and service standards. Additional duties related to waste separation, environmental compliance, team training, performance evaluation, and industry trend monitoring may be assigned as required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred) or related field; minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maitre D or Assistant Maitre D on large cruise ships or high-volume luxury hotel/resort operations; familiarity with US Vessel Sanitation Program (U.S.P.H.)
