Position: HAL – Chef De Partie

Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant in a similar role; 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a multi-nationality setting; experience supervising and training at least 5 culinary team members; experience in high-volume operations of at least 100 meals per service; certification from an accredited advanced food safety program; extensive knowledge of kitchen machinery and knife safety; proficiency in all major culinary brigade stations with expertise in designated station; familiarity with computer systems and software programs; ability to communicate effectively in English; preferred: degree from an accredited culinary college or university
