Position: HAL – Chef De Partie
About: Holland America Group is seeking a Chef De Partie for the Galley department on a global scale, responsible for directing and overseeing food preparation, production, and presentation in various assigned areas within luxury cruise kitchens.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a 5-star hotel, cruise ship, or high-profile restaurant in a similar position; 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a multi-national setting; experience supervising and training at least 5 culinary team members; certification from an accredited advanced food safety program; ability to effectively read, write, and speak English; preferred degree from an accredited culinary college or university
