Position: Guest Support Specialist (Sat/Sun 8a-4p)
About: Family Promise of Tualatin Valley (FPTV) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving families and individuals experiencing homelessness in Washington County. Their team advocates for systemic change and works tirelessly to create a better life for people impacted by the trauma of homelessness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in similar positions such as direct care, guest assistant, or front desk work; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly valued and preferred; strong integrity and commitment to client satisfaction; passionate about ensuring excellent treatment and care for clients, staff, and vendors; proficient multitasking skills; clear and professional verbal and written communication skills; ability to authentically connect with others and maintain appropriate boundaries; ability to handle complaints and challenging clients professionally; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen; must be 18 or older and have reliable transportation.
