Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong interpersonal skills to build and sustain professional relationships with customers, peers, and superiors; excellent written and oral communication skills; intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on internet knowledge; comfortable with various end-user devices such as laptops, cellphones, gaming consoles, and basic network hardware; ability to efficiently multi-task and reason creatively; proactive and able to manage tasks independently
