Position: Guest Services Representative Part Time 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM
About: The Sheraton Augusta Hotel is currently seeking customer-oriented individuals to join our team. This hotel prides itself on providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests throughout their stay.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent work-related experience; 1-year experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality environment; competent level of computer literacy; initiative, excellent guest service, and decision-making skills; ability to type at least 40 words per minute; ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; ability to work well under pressure and coordinate multiple requests; flexibility in schedule; ability to work cohesively with other departments; ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
