Position: Guest Services Representative – Highland Hills Golf
About: The City of Greeley, located in Colorado, is looking for Guest Services Representatives to join their Recreation Division. This role involves providing quality customer service to patrons of Greeley Recreation facilities, assisting with daily operations, processing registrations, selling memberships, and scheduling rentals and concessions.
Requirements: Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire; preferred experience in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications; Spanish/English bilingual skills desired; at least one year of golf course experience; strong collaboration, computer, interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain professionalism and enthusiasm; experience in municipal organizational structure of Colorado municipalities is a plus.
