Position: Guest Services Representative – Day
About: The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join their team. The representative will play a key role in welcoming and assisting patients, ensuring a positive and supportive experience under the management of the Guest Services Manager within the medical center environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required.
