Position: GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/BARBACK at Downtowner

Requirements: Ability to obtain TAMS card and non-gaming sheriffs’ card; Ability to upsell products to guests; Outstanding communication and active listening skills; Highly responsible and reliable; Ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends; Provide excellent guest service in a dynamic food & beverage setting; Team player with strong guest service experience; Working knowledge of property management systems and point of sale systems
