Position: Guest Services Representative
About: This position is for a zoo looking to hire friendly and customer-focused individuals to provide an excellent visitor experience. Representatives will be responsible for selling tickets and memberships, answering inquiries, scanning tickets, and ensuring guest entry into the Zoo.
Requirements: Some experience required; Must be able to work at least 20 hours per week; Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during school breaks; Ability to pass criminal background and child abuse clearance; Prior cash handling experience; Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills; Excellent customer service skills; Good written and verbal communication skills; Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time; Ability to frequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
