Position: Guest Services Representative
About: Cabell Huntington Hospital is looking for a Guest Relations Representative to act as a liaison to hospital departments and assist patients and visitors with non-medical requests such as information, directions, and guest services. The role involves working various shifts including evenings, midnights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: Possess a valid operator’s license; have a clean criminal and motor vehicle record; meet hospital insurance carrier requirements; basic first aid knowledge preferred. Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, and crouch; adapt to changing environmental conditions; hear and interpret two-way radio calls; be in good physical condition; run; maintain visual and hearing acuity; stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
